NOVEMBER 1, 2026 | METLIFE STADIUM | EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY

Final Score: Jets 33, Raiders 38

After traveling thousands of miles to watch our Las Vegas Raiders play across the country, Colin and I finally got to see them take on the New York Jets right here in our home state of New Jersey.

No flights, hotels, or long road trips this time. Just another father-and-son adventure, our usual Row 1 seats, and the hope of adding a few more memories to our growing Raiders collection.

And this time, we got something we hadn't enjoyed in a while — a Raiders victory!

Between an incredible comeback, plenty of player interactions, a pile of autographs, and Maxx Crosby signing both of our jerseys, this turned into another unforgettable day.

RAIDER NATION COMES TO NEW JERSEY!

We've traveled to stadiums in Baltimore, Las Vegas, Tampa Bay, Buffalo, Miami, and New England to watch our Raiders.

This time, the Silver and Black were coming to us!

With MetLife Stadium practically in our backyard, there was no way we were missing this one.

Naturally, we secured Row 1 seats again. After experiencing several games from the front row, it's become our favorite way to watch football.

We also came prepared with our Raiders gear, some pretty ridiculous hats, and a custom banner.

Unfortunately, the banner never made it inside the stadium. Security wouldn't allow it through the gates, so we had to check it and retrieve it after the game.

Not exactly the start we expected, but we weren't about to let that spoil our day.

RIGHT BACK IN ROW 1

There's nothing quite like watching an NFL game from the front row.

Being that close to the field gives us opportunities to interact with players, watch everything happening along the sidelines, and experience the game from a completely different perspective.

Our Raiders hats also turned out to be a huge hit!

We received countless compliments throughout the day, and apparently, we even caught the attention of some stadium photographers.

At one point, a photographer aimed his camera in our direction before walking away and speaking with another photographer. The second photographer then motioned for Colin and me to stand up, pointed his camera at us, and gave us a thumbs-up when he finished.

We still haven't found those photos anywhere, but apparently, we made an impression!

FINALLY, A RAIDERS VICTORY!

After watching the Raiders struggle through several disappointing games, it was great to finally see them come away with a win.

And they certainly didn't make it easy!

The Jets led 23-14 at halftime, leaving the Raiders with plenty of work to do.

But the second half was a different story.

Brock Bowers finished with two touchdown receptions, Dylan Laube electrified the game with a 95-yard kickoff return for a touchdown, and Kirk Cousins helped lead the comeback with three passing touchdowns and a rushing score.

The Raiders eventually took the lead, and a late 53-yard field goal from Matt Gay gave them a little breathing room.

With the Jets threatening to score in the final moments, Jeremy Chinn intercepted Geno Smith in the end zone to seal the victory.

RAIDERS 38 — JETS 33!

After four consecutive losses, the Raiders finally got back into the win column.

And Colin and I were there to see it!

AUTOGRAPHS, AUTOGRAPHS, AND MORE AUTOGRAPHS!

As exciting as the game was, the player interactions are always a huge part of these trips.

And Colin had another incredible day.

He managed to collect a ton of autographs, including another signature from Maxx Crosby!

Just a few weeks earlier at Gillette Stadium, Colin had gotten both Maxx Crosby and Ashton Jeanty to autograph the same Raiders jersey.

Now, at MetLife Stadium, he was adding even more signatures to his growing collection.

It's amazing how many incredible experiences he's had simply by being in the right place, being patient, and taking advantage of those brief opportunities when players stop to interact with fans.

These are the moments that make our front-row tradition so special.

MAXX CROSBY MAKES MY DAY!

Colin wasn't the only one collecting autographs this time.

After the game, we spotted Maxx Crosby spending time in an area reserved for friends and family.

Naturally, we tried getting his attention.

And kept trying!

Eventually, Maxx gave in and came over to sign my Crosby jersey.

I actually felt a little bad about repeatedly calling out to him while he was spending time with friends and family, but I couldn't have been more appreciative that he took a moment to sign.

We've collected quite a few autographs during our Raiders adventures, but this one was especially satisfying.

I finally got Maxx Crosby to autograph my actual Maxx Crosby jersey!

After all these games, it was pretty cool to finally have the right player's signature on the right jersey.

And just like that, another jersey was officially retired from game-day duty.

ANOTHER JERSEY WORTH FRAMING

I'm starting to think collecting Raiders autographs might be the inexpensive part of this hobby.

It's framing everything afterward that's going to bankrupt me!

Between Colin's Crosby and Jeanty jersey from New England and our growing collection of signed memorabilia, we're quickly running out of places to display everything.

Now I've got my own autographed Crosby jersey to add to the collection.

But these jerseys are much more than pieces of sports memorabilia.

Each one represents a particular game, a different stadium, and another experience Colin and I shared together.

And that's what makes them worth keeping.

MORE THAN JUST A FOOTBALL GAME

Every Raiders trip seems to give us a new story to tell.

Sometimes it's an unexpected souvenir. Sometimes it's an incredible player interaction. And sometimes it's wearing ridiculous hats that attract more attention than we ever imagined.

Our visit to MetLife Stadium had a little bit of everything.

We watched the Raiders overcome a nine-point deficit, celebrated a much-needed victory, collected more autographs, and came home with another unforgettable addition to our collection.

But the best part wasn't the final score or even the autographs.

It was another day spent with Colin, doing something we both enjoy.

From Baltimore to Las Vegas, Tampa Bay to New England, and now back home in New Jersey, these adventures have become something I look forward to more than anything.

I don't know how many more stadiums we'll visit or how many more autographs we'll collect.

But I know we'll never regret making these memories together.

GAME-DAY KEEPSAKES

We try to bring home something special from every Raiders game we attend, and our trip to MetLife Stadium certainly didn't disappoint.

Along with the official game-day pin, Colin added numerous autographs to his growing collection, including another signature from Maxx Crosby.

And I finally came home with my own Maxx Crosby jersey personally signed by Maxx himself!
